[ARES-SE] New reflector address

Please note that email for SE Harris County ARES is coming from the 
harriscountyares.org domain.  This change goes into effect today.  You 
do not need to do anything different other than if you want or need to 
send an email to all of the SE Harris County ARES use the new email 
address which is;

se at harriscountyares.org

Also there are two other email reflectors that may be of interest to 
you.  Unfortunately they are both hosted on yahoo

I need everyone that has not done so please go to 
http://harriscountyares.org/aresdb/ and update your personal 
information.  When registering please use your FCC call sign for your 
"username" and then create a password of your choosing.  We need call 
signs, not some cute "screen name", to verify FCC license's, track 
membership, certifications etc etc.

This should be done anytime you have different contact information such 
as phone numbers and email address or if you make any changes in your 
station equipment that would effect your communications abilities.  We 
need this done so we can issue the new badges.
