If he has internet access he can join on-line at
http://harriscountyares.org/se/dist14se.htm .
Otherwise, he will need to contact Mike Urich and unfortunitately I do not
have his phone (Mike's e-mail address is mike at ka5cvh.com).  He could also
check-in on the Tuesday night SE Harris County ARES net on 146.640 at 20:00
hours and I am sure that someone could give him more information.

There are several other people who should be able to help... if you still
need assistance just let me know.
