[ARES-SE] Space Race Net Control

I am looking for a net control for the Space Race bicycle ride this 
coming Sunday at Gulf Greyhound park south of NASA.  It seems there is 
something going on at Galveston that has the hams I know from that neck 
of the woods involved.  I'm trying to find someone closer to that area 
before I ask the guys in Montgomery county to drive down there.  Would 
you mind polling  any members of your groups that might live further 
south to see if they would like to do it.  It will be the motorcycles 
only on the net so it will be fairly quiet, but important because there 
are several brand new hams and this will be a good training session for 
them prior to the MS150.  I have a couple of guys that just got their 
radios in the last week and have never operated.
