[ARES-SE] Hurricane drill 06 Jun 07

There will be a hurricane drill on Wednesday 06 Jun 07.

It is our understanding at this time that we will not be required to be 
a full part of the drill and may only have to establish communications 
via amateur radio repeaters throughout the area.

We need for a few people to be available to be at the various area EOC's 
by around 8:30 or so the day of the drill and it looks like we will be 
through by noon.

I need someone who is badged at Pasadena, Baytown for sure to be at 
those EOCs'.  Transtar is not going to need to be manned by anyone from 
SE at this time and I plan on being on the air from the house.

The plan is to use 147.000 for a "loose" net but we need to count on 
146.640 as our primary back up.  We may even shift repeaters just to let 
everyone exercise a switch.

Record keeping will be on the ICS-213 and we will not use any ARRL 
forms.  Forms are on the Harris County Web-Site
