[ARES-SE] Net Controls Stations

I need for a couple of people to step up and take on performing the net 
control duties for the 3rd & 4th Tuesdays and the occasional 5th Tuesday.

You all know that I don't like to drag the net out and now with the 
RACES net beginning at 1830 hours on Saltgrass I'd like to be wrapping 
up by then so you can check in there as well.  David, KB5PGY, is going 
to start having a training segment each week but we promise to keep it 
somewhat short.
