[ARES-SE] Net training topics

Thanks to David, KB5PGY, three new ICS net training topics have been 
added to the Dist 14 ARES web-site.  If you have other documents that 
you feel are of value please forward them to me and I'll upload them for 
us all to share in.

I am in the process of building a new calendar for ARES related events 
on the web-site as well.  If you know of any training class's, drills, 
or other events let me know that too!  While true, this web-site is 
primarily for Dist 14, knowing of other areas to train and serve it an 
asset to all of STX-ARES.
