[ARES-SE] ARES General Meeting - September 18

Great news!

 

We will be having an ARES General Meeting for the Southeast Unit on
September 18, 2008 at the Clear Lake Park Community building.  The building
is located at 5001 NASA Parkway.  The meeting will start at 7:00 PM.  We are
being hosted by the Clear Lake Amateur Radio Club (CLARC).  They have
graciously given over their club meeting time for us to have an ARES
meeting.  Please mark this date\time on your calendars and come to the
meeting.  I really do want to meet everyone of you.

 

I am expecting to have a Powerpoint presentation to send to you a few days
before the meeting.  It would help me a lot if you would print yourself a
copy and bring it with you to the meeting.  Also bring your questions about
ARES.  I can't promise that I will have all the answers at the meeting but
if not then I will get some answers for you later.

 

Parking at the community building is a bit limited.  There is some parking
across the street and there is some parking at the public boat ramp just
before you reach the park entrance to the community building.  Carpooling is
always a good idea.
