Please read the attached file for final information and instructions.

 

>From the National Weather Service concerning Hurricane Force Wind Speed
Probabilities for the next 120 Hours. The Harris County area is not in the
projected areas. Therefore we are returning to normal or routine operations.

 

On behalf of our DEC, Ken Mitchell KD2KW, the following statement is posted:

 

ECs,

We have received this message from the HCOEM indicating they have been
demobilized and are releasing District 14 ARES.

Ken,

 

HCOEM has (demobilized), so we release ARES as well. Please be aware that
other events may pop up due to Gustav's affects which may require activation
again.
