[ARES-SE] ARES General Meeting - September 18 - Update

Does anyone have go-kits or portable stations that they would like to show
off?  If so then bring them and we can put them on tables around the room.
Before and after the meeting would be the best time to show your stuff.

 

The building is suppose to be open at 6 PM.  The meeting starts at 7 PM.  We
have to be out of the building at 10 PM.

 

I am working on finalizing the arrangements to have ARES badges made for
those of you that do not yet have badges.  We plan to take your photograph
at the meeting and make the badge before you leave that night.

 

The presentation will be sent to you a few days before the meeting.  When it
arrives please print yourself a copy to bring to the meeting.  That will
save me having to make so many copies.
